Position OverviewInternational is looking for a qualified Manufacturing Engineering Manager based in San Antonio, TX to manage a team of Manufacturing Engineers supporting operations ensuring equipment is up to date, functional, and in good working order as well as any additional functions as needed.Responsibilities• Manages a team of manufacturing engineers to maintain existing tooling and equipment to support production.• Engages with AME team to ensure tooling and equipment, product and processes are optimal to integrate into the current production process.• Identifies opportunities to improve processes and assigns projects to engineers for execution.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degreeAt least 8 years of product manufacturing experienceAt least 2 years of management experienceORMaster’s degreeAt least 6 years of product manufacturing experienceAt least 2 years of management experienceORAt least 10 years of product manufacturing experienceAt least 2 years of management experienceAdditional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
