We are looking for an AI/CHATGPT/COPILOT Engineer who will help build out & develop best in class work and work on innovative projects for the business.
Job Summary:
The AI/ChatGPT/Copilot Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven conversational agents based on ChatGPT and other advanced AI models. This role requires a deep understanding of natural language processing, machine learning, and software engineering to create robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement conversational agents using ChatGPT and similar AI technologies to enhance user interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to define use cases and ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives.
- Develop and optimize AI models for natural language understanding and generation, ensuring high accuracy and responsiveness.
- Integrate AI agents into existing applications and workflows, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Conduct testing and validation of AI models, analyzing performance metrics and iterating on designs for improvement.
- Stay updated on advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing, applying new techniques and best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed AI solutions, addressing user feedback and issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing AI applications, particularly in natural language processing and conversational AI.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., OpenAI API, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with chatbot development and conversational AI platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
