Our Power group is looking for an Intern to work in either our Doral or Orlando office, ideally full-time during Summer of 2025 with the possibility of working part-time before that.
In the role of Power Engineering Intern, we'll count on you to:
- Produce drawings, layouts, sketches, maps and graphic representations of engineering designs by hand or using computer-aided design software, with occasional assistance from supervisor or others.
- Perform assignments under the direct supervision of your Office Principal, Section Manager or other professionals.
- Offer real-world experience on exciting projects.
- Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals’ programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in an associate or technical CAD program.
- Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, or Civil3D.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ability to work 20-40 hours per week.
- Preference will be given to local candidates.
This position does not qualify for relocation or living stipend.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
- Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
