Overview

Pyramid is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management information systems, computer science/engineering, systems engineering, or a related field. The Lead Systems Engineer will be responsible for leading technical functions for large, complex information technology systems and ensuring their successful integration and operation.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
    Lead the technical planning, design, and implementation of complex IT systems.
  • Integrate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in a cloud environment.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of ERP platforms or equivalent Financial Management Systems (FMS)/Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Act as a Systems Engineer/Architect throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
  • Communicate technical ideas, concepts, and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Independently determine and develop innovative approaches to complex problems.
  • Obtain and maintain Risk Management Framework (RMF) Accreditation for systems.
  • Manage integration efforts for programs of similar scope and complexity.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 year experience as a Systems Engineer/Architect with a broad experience base across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating ERPs in a cloud environment.
  • Proven experience with ERP platforms or equivalent FMS/TMS systems.
  • Strong ability to understand and communicate technical ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to develop innovative solutions independently.
  • Significant experience with obtaining and maintaining RMF Accreditation.
  • Demonstrated integration experience with programs of similar scope

Clearance:

  • Current and active Secret clearance

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
