Location:

Hybrid (Onsite in McLean, VA - Tuesday through Thursday)

Assignment Type:

Contract to Hire (CTH)

Conversion Salary Range:

$110,000 - $115,000 annually

Schedule:

Flexibility required for occasional weekend or after-hours production support, balanced throughout the pay period with no additional overtime compensation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience using core Java
3. Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React (preferred, but not mandatory)
4. Proficient with SQL including joins, aggregate functions, etc.
5. Strong analytical skills

Desired Skills:

1. Experience developing Microservices using Java & Spring Boot frameworks
2. Familiarity with MongoDB, DB2, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
3. Experience in testing frameworks (JUnit, Cucumber)
4. Proficient in CI/CD processes, using tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, ANSIBLE
5. Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS
6. Docker and Kubernetes experience
7. Front-end UI development (Angular, React) is a bonus

Position:

Java Full Stack Developer with Production Support
