Job Purpose:
Data entry specialist needed on a casual basis to maintain training database during Exploration season on the North Slope.
Essential Job Functions:
- Accurately input safety training data into the company's training database.
- Verify and cross-check entered data for accuracy and completeness.
- Download reports from company's training database
- Identify and correct any data entry errors or inconsistencies.
- Perform routine data audits to ensure data quality.
- Follow confidentiality and data security guidelines when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic database systems.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to enter data accurately and spot errors quickly.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and training programs is a plus but not required.
