Senior UX Manager

Job Description:

Fincons Group is seeking a Senior UX Manager to join our team in Culver City. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and product specialists to design and develop a strategic sales planning system. The ideal candidate will have experience in UX design and a strong ability to create intuitive, data-rich applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop user experiences for enterprise applications.
2. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
3. Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
5. Analyze user feedback and usage data to improve platform experiences.
6. Champion human-centered design methodologies.

Required Skills:

1. 5+ years of UX design experience.
2. Strong background in designing data-rich applications.
3. Proficiency in user research and usability testing.
4. Experience with Agile methodologies.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in the media industry, post-production, or marketing.
2. Knowledge of enterprise applications and B2B platforms.
3. Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Hourly Rate: $50-100/hr
