Field Services Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues with PCs, laptops, and printers
• Address and fix software-related problems
• Resolve network issues
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows Server installations
• Oversee and maintain network equipment
• Interact with customers to provide recommended solutions for their issues
• Create reports and status updates on customer IT infrastructure

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology required
• Prior experience in Managed IT Services is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Network Administration, or a related field preferred
• Advanced experience with troubleshooting and working with Microsoft applications and operating systems
• Experience in administering and supporting Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 environments
