Job Description

• Work on projects throughout the city
• Responsible for supporting the team
• Be a part of RFI and submittal process
• Work alongside PM and SPM
• Manage construction equipment
• Project estimating
• Survey and project layout
• Establish communication with subcontractors

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degree
• 1+ years of experience at a General Contractor/ Subcontractor PREFERRED
• Commercial or multifamily experience PREFERRED
• Experience with estimating PREFERRED
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Works well in group setting
