The OH Patient Accounting team is at the forefront, developing a next-generation platform that integrates generative AI technologies, OCI’s cloud-native AI/ML capabilities, and robust data infrastructure. You will lead a talented group of engineers and help drive the team's vision of transforming healthcare through innovation and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications, operating systems, and databases according to provided design specifications.
- Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements to the architecture.
- Work with product teams and users of the platform to identify new functionality and enhancements.
- Coordinate long-term planning and prioritization with product and upstream partner teams.
- Monitor and manage engineering deliverables.
- Recruit/build an impactful, innovative, and energetic team.
- Foster team collaboration and communication, both within the team and with other teams.
Requirements:
- Must have experience delivering & executing software services into cloud platforms.
- Must have hands-on cloud native architectural experience.
- Must have experience growing development teams.
- Must have experience modernizing & containerizing multi-tenant solutions.
- Seeking experience using AI & Automation to remove manual toil.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.
US: Hiring Range: from $120,300 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
