Power BI Developer

Our client, a supply chain strategy and logistics consulting firm, is currently in need of a Power BI Developer for a 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension. The Power BI Developer will be responsible for taking business requirements and building out Power BI capabilities.
Required Skills:

• 8+ years of IT and over 5 years of Power BI development experience. Including creating dashboards and interactive visual reports
• 4+ years of VBA programming in Excel
• 3+ years of Python experience
• Previous experience working with a government agency
• Able To Obtain Public Trust Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Ability to work 3 days a week onsite in Washington DC

• Strong understanding of ETL procedures
• Previous experience owning reporting function for program
• Experience with Report Builder, TSQL, Power Query, and MDX
• Understanding of row-level data security
• Power BI Certification
• Experience writing SQL queries
