Role Overview:
Harbour’s Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for partnering with Harbour’s Creative Director and Marketing team to fulfill several key brand projects:
- Lead Harbour’s visual identity and art direction across all channels.
- Develop compelling visual campaigns to support the brand, new product launches, events, showrooms, ad campaigns, collaborations, and more.
- Lead the creative development, art direction, and management for:
- Showrooms
- Content & Product Shoots
- Websites
- Product Catalogs
- Emails
- Trade Shows
- Social Media
- Brand Guidelines
- Graphics
- Infuse our brand identity into all design materials, maintaining a consistent and visually appealing aesthetic that reflects our company's innovative and forward-thinking approach.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and web development, to translate project requirements into visually stunning designs that meet business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in graphic design and proactively contribute new ideas and concepts to elevate our brand presence and visual identity.
- Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of design work to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with project requirements and brand standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience (minimum 6+ years) as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in email template design, catalog design, and web design.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, After Effects, Premiere (Video editing a bonus).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with web design tools and platforms is a plus.
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and staying ahead of design trends.
- Experience working in a dynamic and innovative company environment.
- Experience with video content, animation, and motion graphics.
- Experience working in luxury retail or fashion.
