Job Title: C# .NET Migration Developer
Location: REMOTE (EST/CST)
Pay Range: $53 -$58/ hour
Contract: 2 Month Contract
What's the Job?

• Migrate the OneSpot API to AWS Lambda functions, managed by API Gateway.
• Replace the current MS SQL database with AWS Aurora MySQL Serverless.
• Refactor and migrate all database objects, including tables, stored procedures, and views, to MySQL.
• Update the Windows service to work with the new MySQL-based backend.
• Implement AWS Cognito for secure API access, aligning with the client portal's authentication management.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience as a backend developer with C#, .NET
• Experience migrating from Microsoft SQL Server to AWS Aurora MySQL Serverless
• Experience with setting up and integrating AWS Cognito for secure authentication and authorization.
• Proficiency in MySQL/Aurora database administration, schema design, and query optimization.
• Entity first framework, code first programming design patter experience
• Strong communication skills, someone who can work as a team but no hand holding needed
