Ford Model E is responsible for developing the key technologies and capabilities – such as EV platforms, batteries, e-motors, inverters, charging and recycling – to create ground-up breakthrough electric vehicles. Responsibilities:
- Support Design Engineers in the development and testing of Ford's next generation batteries.
- Assist in the development of power electronics, power units, and vehicle systems.
- Contribute through multiple stages from initial concept through production validation.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in battery technology or electric vehicle systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
