***Sr. Sourcing Manager - Oil & Gas***
Salary up to $150,000K Base + 28%
Cogs are helping an industry leading & rapidly growing Oil and Gas firm as they seek to bring on a driven and ambitious Sr. Sourcing Manager to join the expanding procurement and pipeline business.
Due to investment and backing, they are in a strong growth mode, looking to bring exceptional talent into the organisation for a large strategic spend. The Senior Sourcing Manager for the pipeline business is responsible for developing sourcing strategies to reduce costs while fostering a relationship with operations and leadership within
the pipeline business.
This role requires working include execution of sourcing processes, contract & supplier management, development of supplier scorecards. In addition, the Senior Sourcing Manager will lead a team of two-three sourcing specialists and be responsible for directing and prioritizing efforts for those individuals while working cross functionally with operations, finance, and legal teams.
