As a SRE Lead - Toil Analysis , you will be responsible for driving and implementing initiatives to reduce toil and improve overall system reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for process automation, enabling teams to focus on innovation and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with other teams to develop strategies for toil analysis and automation
Identify areas of high toil within the infrastructure and prioritize them for intervention
Design and implement automated solutions to reduce toil and increase system reliability
Develop metrics and reports to measure the impact of toil reduction efforts
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in SRE and automation
Requirements
10+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on cloud solutions and reliability engineering
Previous experience in a leadership role within a Site Reliability Engineering team
Proven track record of improving system reliability and reducing operational overhead through automation
Strong understanding of SRE principles and best practices
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, such as Python, Go, or Ruby
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
