Network Engineer

Summary
We are looking for a Network engineer who will be responsible for maintaining and administering clients' company's computer networks.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and networks
2. Provide remote and on-site support
3. Configure and manage Windows Server, backup/UPS systems, and other infrastructure
4. Set up data migration, email, printers, and applications for workstations
5. Diagnose and build networks, repair PCs and laptops
6. Manage domains, DNS, and email server

Preferred Skills

1. 1+ year of practical experience in the Windows environment (Server 2016/2019/2022, Workstation 10/11)
2. Experience in network construction (routers/firewalls, wireless, printers, etc.)
3. Troubleshooting and repair of Windows Server and Workstation, virus removal, and various environment setups
4. Troubleshooting in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10/11, and experience setting up various environments
5. Experience managing Hyper-V and VMware
6. Technical expertise in firewalls and security-related areas
7. Experience in domain/DNS and email management
8. Linux server management experience
9. Experience in building and managing Azure and AWS environments

Qualification

1. Relevant experience is preferred
2. Legally eligible to work in the United States
3. Proficient in both English and Japanese
4. Self-driven and resourceful individual with a passion for developing and implementing new ideas.
5. Proactive attitude towards learning and developing new skills
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the team's success
