Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineering MTS in Seattle, WA:
Job Duties:
- Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
- Update software or enhance existing software capabilities.
- Develop and implement automated solutions to optimize network operations and cloud infrastructure performance.
- Design and deploy network automation scripts and tools to streamline configuration management, provisioning, and troubleshooting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and integrate automation into existing systems.
- Maintain and extend the capabilities of our network automation platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Provide technical expertise and support for cloud infrastructure projects, including architecture design, deployment, and optimization.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to address network and infrastructure issues and ensure system availability.
- Conduct regular performance monitoring and tuning of network and cloud infrastructure components to optimize resource utilization and reliability.
- Document network and infrastructure configurations, procedures, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and operational consistency.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in network automation and cloud infrastructure to drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Salary: $137,259.00 - $172,800.00 per annum.
