Job Description:Test, troubleshoot, maintain, and analyze complex mechanical/electrical systems in manufacturing and cleanroom environments.Support process improvements, engineering testing, lean initiatives, and quality improvements.Skilled troubleshooter to identify root causes of failures and perform repairs.Collaborate with Management, Engineering, and Technicians to establish and complete priority activities and maintenance schedules.Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years of electro-mechanical experience (7+ years for Sr. Tech positions).AS Degree, BS Degree, Technical Certification, or Military Technical Training. Preferred Degrees: Electro-Mechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.Experience with CNC machines and/or complex manufacturing equipment preferred.Siemens or Allen Bradley Controls/PLC experience is a plus.Strong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.Computer proficiency with MS Outlook 365 applications, with knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP system.Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.Ability to work in both cleanroom and manufacturing environments (positions are not full-time in the cleanroom).Shifts Available:1st Shift (Sr. Tech): 6:00am to 2:30pm, Mon-Fri2nd Shift (Tech): 3:00pm to 11:30pm, Mon-Fri (+10% shift premium)CWW D2 (Tech):Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (6am to 6pm)Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (6am to 6pm)About ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
