A leading personal care brand focused on delivering high-quality products to consumers worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team to ensure consistent quality standards are met across our Personal Care product lines (Lotion, perfumes, body wash etc.) and manufacturing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Former quality experience in beauty or personal care products strongly preferred (pharmaceutical or finished parts quality assurance experience will also be considered).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email applications, MS Teams. Knowledge of Power BI and Minitab is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to perform repetitive and detail-oriented tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Clear communicator with consistent follow-through.

• Experience conducting detailed audits and quality investigations.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and suppliers in quality control and process improvements.

• Perform targeted audits and determine audit cadence based on statistical analysis.
• Maintain and analyze audit data to support the Quality Dashboard.
• Evaluate test data from suppliers to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide technical and investigative support to vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in process improvements and run reports as needed.
• Assist in creating design of experiments for quality investigations.

• Conduct audits on products within Distribution Centers (DCs) and suppliers, providing detailed reports as needed.
• Evaluate data trends to drive Corrective Actions.
• Perform product evaluations and testing to support quality investigations and address failed audits.
• Assist with root cause analysis for audit findings and quality issues.
• Manage the locking/unlocking of articles for audit, run inventory reports, and support issue management.
• Develop rework or sort instructions for suppliers.
• Issue quality notifications and follow up on corrective actions.
