Process Layout Designer

OPPORTUNITY
For an experienced detail-oriented design professional to establish and develop their expertise as a Process Layout Designer for large industrial facilities. Utilize your blend of architectural and engineering skillsets and join an integrated team of architects, engineers, and project managers to engage in challenging projects up to $500 million for many of the biggest brands in the industry. This key role will develop a broad set of architectural/engineering competencies, technical design knowledge, consultation, and problem-solving skills in an environment that values collaboration.
POSITION
Reports directly to the Manager of Process Layout. Leads in the development of a project from preliminary design through construction documents with the opportunity to work on a variety of industrial design projects. Apply knowledge of facilities, building codes and industrial processes for the development of process and packaging layouts. Responsibilities will include building information modeling (BIM), computer aided design (CAD), and working proactively across multi-discipline design teams.
QUALIFICATIONS

• BSAE, BA, Architecture (NAAB accredited), BS, Engineering related required
• 10+ years of relevant experience required
• BIM, Revit, AutoCAD experience producing construction documents required
• Commitment to professional growth
• Proven self-starter with the ability to manage time and work priorities independently
