Job Title: Desktop Support
Location: Miami, FL - Onsite
Duration: Contract
Required Skills:

• Confirm Users Selection (iPhone Size, Color) with Order
• Inventory iPhones on Rialto CMDB
• Schedule Deployment with Users
• Give User Phone
• Unbox/Assembly iPhone (with Case)
• Power and Setup iPhone (Apple Business Manager)
• Guide Users thru procedure (Will be Provide)
• Perform Tests (Will be Provide)
• Checklist Printed Documentation
• Give users Instructions (Will Be Provide)
• Receive, Acknowledge Tickets for iPhone Migrated.
• Provide On Site Support
• Provide Remote Support (For Users that are not in the office but were migrated)
