The Role:The Sr. Industrial Engineer's responsibilities include analyzing operations, designing workflows and production processes, reducing inefficiency, and ensuring that final products meet the established design criteria.What you’ll do:Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.Preparing material and equipment lists, cost analyses, and estimated production costs.Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements.Training intern a l staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.Interacts daily with customers and subcontractors to interpret their needs and requirements.Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completes technical studiesMaintains internal & external communication as required by the projectContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededWho you are:Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Design, Facilities Management, Architecture, or related field5+ years’ experience in conceptualizing, designing, developing, integrated systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detailWillingness to travel as neededIt would be great if you also have:Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in using Microsoft Office applicationsProficiency in using AutoDesk applications such as AutoCAD and RevitAbility to work independentlyCustomer-focusedResults drivenTechnical, troubleshooting skillsWhat are the perks?Generous time off policy that allows you to put your family firstOpportunity to work on the cutting edge of pharmacy automation in a high growth tech companyCompetitive benefits, salary, and talent development opportunitiesCommitment to professional development and working for a company where your voice is heardCompensation: The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $81,900 to $112,612.50, though a candidate's base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
