Description of Duties:
The Identity & Access Management (IdAM) Senior Engineer supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
• Assist the IdAM Principal Architect with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Implementation and deployment, O&M, integration, capability enhancements, and upgrades, application onboarding, implementing and customizing lifecycle management events, workflows, rules, and custom reports.
• Assist the IdAM Principal Architect with PingIdentity PingFederate implementation and deployment, O&M, integration, capability enhancements, upgrades, and application onboarding leveraging authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, MFA, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• DoD/NSS Public Key Infrastructure certificate management and metrics, Registration Authority Information Assurance Officer (IAO), and customer assistance with certificate troubleshooting.
• AD account administration for Service, Privileged User, and Security Group accounts.
• Operations and maintenance activities include SolarWinds management of IdAM Systems, documentation, Security patching, DNS (additions, modifications, and deletions), Remedy tickets and metrics collection, and IdAM metrics work load reporting.
The successful candidate will:
• Assist the IdAM Delivery Team to operate and maintain identity management solutions for our customers in line with the DoD Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) initiative to achieve a Zero Trust solution.
• Work with other IdAM team members and independently on complex, routine/non-routine tasks and projects.
• Work on project teams consisting of both customers and other team members.
• Interact with end users and other technical personnel to identify and correct issues.
• Maintain continuous, open, consistent professional communication with customers, peers, and team members.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise IT policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 12 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 10 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 8 years of general experience; Master's degree and 6 years of general experience.
• Must have 7 years of directly related experience.
• Must have 1 year of experience in management or leadership roles.
• Must have a current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification such as CompTIA Security+ or higher.
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Basic knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud environments.
This position is expected to pay $104,000 - $129,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
