Job Requirements / Description
Technical Skills: (Primary)
- Strong knowledge of testing life cycle.
- Proficient in test estimation, test planning and test execution.
- Coordinate with functional testing teams to identify test cases that are candidates for automation, obtain understanding of the workflow, and support data requirements.
- Work with the development team to ensure that products meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Design and execute manual and automation tests scripts.
- Coordinate with teams to acquire/provision test data required to support planned test execution.
- Peer-review test artifacts and validate compliance to quality standards and ensure adequate coverage.
- Report testing status to leadership & client team.
- Stay up to date on the latest quality standards and trends.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation.
- The candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain with knowledge in US Policy Admin System.
- Candidate should be initiative-taking with strong analytical skills.
- Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
- Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation.
- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience in client management.
