We are looking for a seasoned Angular UI Lead Developer to join our dynamic team of creatives and technologists. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for crafting user-centric applications and a track record of leading successful development teams.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex user interfaces using Angular.
- Implement modern and responsive UI for the web and a variety of devices.
- Write high-quality TypeScript and HTML/CSS with a focus on performance and maintainability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into user-friendly applications.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, including mentorship and code reviews.
- Stay up to date with emerging UI technologies and best practices.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables within agile methodologies.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Address and remediate any performance issues or bugs.
- Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.
Requirements:
You are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on Angular.
- Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions) and related tools (e.g., NgRx, RxJS).
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
- Familiarity with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
- Expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them.
- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong technical acumen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
