Senior Network Design Engineer

Description

We are seeking a Senior Network Design Engineer to join our team. This role involves planning and designing secure network solutions, partnering with stakeholders for legacy environment discovery and assessment, and supporting the development of IP addressing schemes across IPv4 and IPv6 networks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network infrastructure and be comfortable with conducting technical troubleshooting. This is a great opportunity to work on large-scale IT migration projects and contribute to the enhancement of complex enterprise networks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (preferred) with 12-15 years' experience or Master's degree with 10-13 years of experience
• Network certification (e.g. CCNA)
• Active DoD IAT Level II (Security+) certification or equivalent
• Experience in designing and implementing medium to large network infrastructure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Certified Cisco Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent
• Experience with enterprise network management tools
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN
• Expert knowledge of DoD security requirements for network infrastructure
