Position Overview:
Join our team at Zentech and take on the role of Electrical Estimator at our corporate headquarters in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to play a pivotal role in our company's growth. As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for crafting precise and comprehensive electrical estimates for a variety of projects, including multifamily, commercial, and federal ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the electrical estimating process from start to finish, managing timelines, meeting deadlines, and delivering complete estimating packages.
Collaborate with our regionally-aligned estimating team, providing guidance, direction, and valuable training.
Conduct thorough research to ensure accurate, competitive pricing.
Engage with customers to define project scope, address any deficiencies, and negotiate pricing effectively.
Work closely with our construction teams to seamlessly transition awarded projects.
Requirements

• A self-motivated problem solver with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a track record of three to five years in electrical estimating.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with demanding timelines.
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with estimating software (Accubid experience preferred).
