Job Requirements / Description
The scope of the technology operations spans all branches and the Corporate location. It covers all retail branch systems (Teller, CSR, ATM, Voice/Data Comm.), Corporate systems infrastructure within Administration, Operations and Credit functions, and Accounting. Systems backup, patch management, DR testing, vMWARE desktop support and Help desk triage. Incumbent must have the ability to travel independently to branch locations as needed. Coverage hours is critical including Saturday remote coverage. Weekend and after hours work will be required at times.
- Support daily technology operations for branches and corporate offices.
- Issue and Incident Management through ticket system.
- Change management.
- Systems and application administration operations.
- Set up new users.
- Strong Windows desktop skills/knowledge required.
- Prior experience doing customer support.
- Active directory knowledge required.
- Microsoft O365 support.
- Financial Services experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Fiserv applications (DNA, DDS, FAS) or similar core banking applications preferred.
- 1 to 3 years Banking support experience
- 1 to 3 years IT Customer support experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
