Graphic Designer

Rogers Healy and Associates is seeking a creative and adaptable Graphic Designer to join our real estate marketing team. This role focuses on producing high-quality digital and print materials to promote our property listings, support our agents, and maintain a consistent brand presence across all platforms.

Please provide a portfolio of your previous work, including examples of social media graphics, print collateral design, logo designs, and other graphic design-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create branded marketing materials for residential and commercial property listings (brochures, email campaigns, web content, presentations, and signage).
• Design commercial real estate offering memorandums and brochures using master templates
• Customize existing templates for various marketing materials by incorporating the appropriate copy and visuals.
• Design and develop engaging visual representations of data, including dynamic market reports, informative infographics, clear charts, and concise tables.
• Prepare graphics for real estate training.
• Handle agent requests for various marketing materials while adhering to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with third-party agencies and print vendors.
• Stay current with design and marketing trends.
• Work closely with the marketing team and agents to determine optimal design strategies.
• Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and optimize graphics for different platforms (social media, email, print).
• Project a positive image of the organization to employees, agents, clients, industry, and the community.

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications or Marketing
• 3+ years of graphic design experience
• Significant experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Understanding of residential and commercial real estate is preferred but not required.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Motion graphics and video editing experience a plus
• Knowledge of website design and development platforms is a plus
