Role: Technology Lead - Oracle PL/SQL
Duration: Full Time / Permanent
Location: San Jose, CA

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
2. At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Strong Oracle PL/SQL expertise.
2. Working knowledge in an ERP environment of Oracle 11i or R12.
3. Hands-on experience with events, building and analyzing workflows, etc.
4. XSD creation.
5. XSLT mappings.
6. Order Management and Supply Chain domain knowledge.
7. Experience with B2B communications (preferably Rosettanet).
8. Strong Communication Skills and ability to swiftly comprehend systemic/data flows, perform analysis and provide solutions.
9. At least 4 years of experience in the software development life cycle.
10. Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
11. Analytical skills.
12. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
