Your new role
In this role, you’ll thrive in an agile environment with cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include:
- Be the technical expert for the team, solving complex challenges.
- Design solutions that prioritize customer impact.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead advanced development activities and mentor junior engineers.
- Analyse business requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and Subject Matter Experts to develop applications.
- Support developers in growing both technically and professionally.

About you
You’re an experienced full-stack software engineer with strong communication skills and a talent for solving problems. You bring:
- Hands-on experience with client-server and n-tier systems.
- Skills in coaching and mentoring team members.
- Broad knowledge of software development life cycle processes.
- Expertise in .NET, SQL
- REST APIs, Security practices for APIs, Design Patterns
- Nice to have experience in Cloud, Agile ways of working & Blazor
