Packaging Engineer

Next Level Professional is currently seeking a Packaging Engineer for a career opportunity with a national manufacturing company in the design of small consumer mechanical products. The ideal candidate should be motivated, well-organized, and proficient in the design, development, and implementation of packaging solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Engineering.
• 5-plus years of experience in packaging design and development for high- to medium-volume products in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks and with packaging design tools and techniques.
• Experience with a variety of packaging materials, including corrugated paperboard, tapes, wraps, shrink and stretch films, vacuum and thermoforming, labels, printing, and pallets.
