Description

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead the quality assurance program, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Manage Corrective Action Reports (CAR) and Shop Incident Reports (SIR) systems.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
• Support on-time delivery through timely completion of quality assurance documentation .
• Collaborate with engineering , purchasing , and operations to document and implement quality plans.
• Facilitate training and certification for Nondestructive Testing (NDT) inspections and personnel.
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce quality issues

Profile

The successful Senior Quality Engineer will have the following:

• Quality Standards Knowledge : Proficient in ISO 9001 and AS9100 compliance and audits.
• Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of defense contracts , FAR clauses , and military inspections .
• Problem-Solving Skills : Proactive approach with Six Sigma and root cause corrective action training.
• Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Collaborative Mindset : Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering , operations , and suppliers
