Job Requirements / Description

Location: Torrance, CA

Job Description:

  1. PC, Server and Azure support for the customers.
  2. Assists & Support customers (internal & external) with installation, upgrading, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing usability of workstations (desktops/laptops), printers, peripheral equipment, networking hardware, VPN, and software (on-site and remote).
  3. Support in-person and remote employee support on hardware, software, questions, and network related problems (on-site and remote).
  4. Manage related to servers & Network document.
  5. Creates, manages, documents and updates trouble tickets as necessary within the company ticketing system.
  6. Research on new technologies, products and network equipment and share the information with coworkers.
  7. Support our customers for Microsoft Active Directory environment, desktop application, E-mail and NW devices.
  8. Escalation of problems when unable to resolve.
  9. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
  10. Provides advanced level technical support with the Microsoft suite of products (Windows 10, Microsoft 365, etc.).
  11. Ensures successful completion of all daily tasks (externally and self-assigned).
  12. Know and experience for Azure service and VM.
  13. Create and update System Document, Operation Manual, Knowledge Base, Trouble History, etc.
  14. Report to supervisor.

Qualification / Requirements:

  1. English (Required), Japanese (Preferred).
  2. Helpdesk support experience (Preferred).
  3. 2+ years of TCP/IP network work experience or equivalent knowledge.
  4. Communication skills with customers, vendor/carrier and company staff.
  5. Documentation skills.
  6. Microsoft office products (Visio, Word, etc.) skills.
  7. Own car for visiting customer offices.
  8. Know Azure and VM.
  9. MCSA/MCSE (Desired).
  10. CA Driver’s license.
