LinuxUnix developer

Linux/Unix developer needs 2-5 years of work experience with knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems and shell scripting.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of work experience
2. Knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems and shell scripting
3. Experience with Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Docker
4. Skillful at developing, designing, deploying, and supporting applications
5. Basic knowledge of relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra
6. Experience with Git and version control
7. Experience in systems analysis and design
8. Solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
2. Involved in the full systems life cycle and responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget.
3. Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
4. Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation, and buy versus build recommendations.
