Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Data Entry Analyst .
Title: Data Entry Analyst
Location: Lawrenceville, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 3 months
Pay Range: $25 - $26 per hour.
As a Data Entry Analyst , you will:
- The Data Entry Analyst is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into Fusion Risk Management using existing business continuity documentation.
- Complete the handoff of the data entry in Fusion Risk Management to the business continuity leads to validate the information.
- Enter data from various sources such as Microsoft Excel and Word into the Fusion Risk Management application.
- Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain data integrity by following established procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure data is entered in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Adhere to data entry standards and best practices.
- Validate the information entered in Fusion Risk Management with business continuity leads.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Salesforce required
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field is required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Pay Range: $25 - $26 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
