Role: SQL Server DBA
Duration: PERM - direct hire
Work Location: Phoenix, AZ 85003 (AZ HYBRID - only 3 days in office monthly )
Salary: $92,000 - $120,000(Excellents benefits package!)
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator .
- This will be a Senior/Lead role, but recent hands-on experience is required for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server administration.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI for business intelligence and data visualization.
- Familiarity with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for report generation.
- Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL processes.
- Experience working in Agile Methodology .
Plusses:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Any relevant certifications are a plus.

An Insight Global client in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a SQL Server DBA to join their team in a lead role. The SQL DBA on this team functions as a technical lead overseeing the architectural design, development, implementation, maintenance support, and management of complex data service systems, including design and management of data warehouse and databases, using database platform tools and systems, such as Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and other Microsoft suite of data products and Power Platform capabilities. You will be responsible for providing technical solutions, expertise, guidance, and direction to database administrators, database developers, data analysts, report writers, and IT executive management on a broad range of complex information technology matters and projects.
