We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and experienced Senior Full Stack Application Developer to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in designing, implementing and maintaining scalable and efficient web-based solutions to support our manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full-Stack Development : Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications that support core business processes, ensuring seamless integration between backend and frontend components.
- Frontend Development : Design and refine intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing web interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and technologies.
- Backend Development : Architect and maintain scalable systems that ensure data consistency, security, and performance.
- Business Analysis : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and end-users, to gather and translate project requirements into high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Code Quality : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices, and conduct code reviews for other developers.
- Testing & UAT : Ensure proper application performance through structured testing methodologies and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture, design, and application revisions.
- Database Management : Design, administer, and optimize MS SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and writing efficient SQL queries.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs to ensure smooth and reliable application performance.
- Confidentiality : Maintain user confidence and protect company operations by safeguarding sensitive information.
Requirements/Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer science/Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of (5) years’ experience in Full-stack development, focusing on building scalable and maintainable architectures.
Proficiency in:
- Business Analysis (Stakeholder engagement)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Agile/Scrum, Developer prioritization, UAT, etc.)
- Solid understanding of database and web server technologies (MS SQL, Apache/IIS servers)
- Proficiency in Java is required; experience with Python and Node.js is a plus
- Front-end languages including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, Angular, React, Vue, Telerik Kendo)
- Back-end technologies including Microsoft SQL, T-SQL, C#/.NET 5, PHP and Git for version control
Moderate knowledge of:
- User authentication/authorization
- Technologies like: Kendo UI, jQWidgets, SSIS/SSRS, Crystal Reports, a plus
- Bonus Skills: Experience with Python and Docker is an advantage.
