The Lead Software Engineer codes software applications based on business requirements. The Lead Software Engineer works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Lead Full Stack Engineer develops, tests, and deploys software for our critical Utilization Management application that addresses the prior authorization needs of several million Medicare and Medicaid members. We are seeking someone who is smart, curious, and loves the challenge of solving problems that improve people’s lives. Our core UM platform built on MVC, .net, and Angular frameworks supports multiple initiatives that aim at providing best-in-class service to our members with minimal provider abrasions and in accordance with our CMS Guidelines. You’ll collaborate with fun and close-knit agile teams to develop, implement, test, mentor, and continuously deliver new features and products to our customers.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8 or more years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

- Master's Degree

Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40
Pay Range : The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$126,800 - $174,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
