Manufacturing Design Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in designing solid-state power amplifiers (SSPAs) and multifunction modules (MFMs) for defense and space applications.
• Oversee personnel development, new business proposals, and successful product releases.
• Manage RF architecture design using tools like VSS, ADS, and MWO.
• Evaluate RF components and conduct performance trade studies.
• Lead hardware layout, prototyping, and testing; prepare specifications and design reviews.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with RF and microwave systems.
• Proficient in high-frequency circuitry design and tools (ADS, HFSS).
• Strong communication skills for technical proposals and presentations.

Qualifications:

• BSEE required; MSEE preferred.
• 15+ years in the Microwave & RF industry; management experience is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for security clearance
