Role: Mobile Full Stack Lead (iOS/Android)

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience with mobile development.
2. 7+ Experience in Android development.
3. 4+ Experience in Rest APIs and API Authentication.
4. 7+ years of experience with iOS App Development on Swift, Swift UI and Objective-C
5. Strong Object-oriented background.
6. Good experience working with design patterns like MVVM.
7. Experience working with tools like Android Studio, Gradle, Git, Postman, Firebase and Google services.
8. Working experience in Industry Standard protocols related API Security including OAuth is a must.
9. Strong design and programming skills using layouts & Jetpack Compose.
10. Strong background working with Android tech-stack including libraries like Retrofit, GSON, RxJava, Kotlin coroutines etc.
11. Knowledge on databases, rules, and CRUD operations.
Future duties and responsibilities
1. Serve as Mobile Full Stack Tech Lead to develop and enhance features for mobile apps.
2. Oversee the development and implementation of iOS and Android related technologies.
3. Experience working and leading team of 6 to 8 members and lead the project to success.
4. Excellent communications and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
5. Experience working and delivering under critical timelines.
6. Create and review technical designs for real world entities/ relationships/ scenarios and translate them into corresponding objects in mobile software.
7. Develop source code for mobile apps using languages like Java & Kotlin.
8. 8+ years of experience with iOS App Development on Swift, Swift UI and Objective-C
9. Strong Object-oriented background
10. Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
11. Experience with XCode for coding, debugging, and deploying iOS apps.
12. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
13. Familiarity with app architecture patters MVC, MVP, MVVM.
14. 4+ Experience integrating with RESTful API's and JSON
15. Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
16. Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
17. Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred.
18. Effectively use software development IDEs (Integrated Development Environment) like Android Studio, Eclipse and XCode.
19. Review code from peers and respond to any code review comments to ensure code quality, consistency, and within unit test coverage.
20. Ensure that software design patterns like MVP (Model-View-Presenter), MVVM (Model-View-View-Model) are strictly followed. Objective is to define consistent layers in the software to ensure maintainability and longevity of the code.
21. Effectively use version control systems like GIT to keep the software source code clean and always secured.
22. Participate and contribute to all Agile ceremonies like daily Scrum, Backlog refinement, Sprint planning, Retrospectives, Release planning etc.
23. Execute Spike stories to research, investigate and estimate time and resource requirements for new features/enhancements with Product Owners.
24. Highlight any impediments, dependencies and any potential risks affecting delivery of software features.
25. Conduct trainings and guide junior developers and new members.
26. Understand the requirements, current state architecture of the enterprise and help product owners creating roadmap for the future enhancements.
27. Develop mobile application code in coordination with other team members.
28. Integrate the mobile applications with the centralized authentication application.
29. Knowledge on biometric authentication and device capabilities like Camera, Phone state, Location, Notifications, Permissions management etc.
30. Create Software Architecture Document, High Level and Low-Level Design document, Nonfunctional requirements for the project.
31. Work in an Agile environment and adapt to the changing needs and requirements of the business.
32. Always be ready to be hands-on to develop or fix issues to deliver on time and with highest quality.
33. Work closely with BA/QA team members to create test plans, and ensure that the issues are properly identified, fixed and tested.
34. Groom the team and develop the application with customer centric ideas and innovation as the core of every activity help the team attain a benchmark within the organization for others to follow and achieve.
