Your Key Responsibilities

  1. You will serve as senior project engineer, performing in depth evaluation and alternative analyses to support project decisions and resolve unusual and complex situations.
  2. You will be in charge of the design of complex projects and ensure compliance with project requirements and assess environmental impact and project risks.
  3. You will collaborate with other professionals in positioning for potential projects, writing technical portions of proposals, participating in client interviews and supporting negotiations for project contracts.
  4. You will support Project Manager(s) with technical evidenced proposals as project issues arise with clients, contractors, equipment suppliers/vendors, or reviewing agencies.
  5. You will support business case for project decisions through environmental impact assessments and evaluation of project risks.
  6. You will lead, manage and monitor progress of the civil technical elements within each phase of a project.
  7. Provide guidance to other team members as an internal technical expert.
  8. Supervise and monitor client relationship strategies.
  9. You will be the engineer of record on own work product, work of non-licensed engineers and technologists.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  1. Minimum of bachelor’s degree Engineering with an emphasis in Civil Engineering.
  2. A minimum of ten (10) years of related work experience or, an equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
