Engineering - VP of Technology

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop technical blueprint of the EviosLab strategy to accelerate AI adoption
• Cultivate a strong team and accountable environment by providing inspiration and guidance
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield long-term success rather than short-term
• Maintain operational efficiency with limited resources
• Communicate with engineers and other AI specialists to improve models

Individual Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CTO or VP role
• Phenomenal communication skills
• Technical background or knowledge of modern technology and SaaS space
• Humility to accept failures
• Ability to cogently diagnose post-mortem on prior failures
• Relentless pursuit of excellence, ethics, cultural diversity, innovation and sustainability
• Willingness to work on and improve AI software applications
• Willingness to jump in and code when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in building AI startups
