Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Professional Engineer to support our growing civil/geotechnical design team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of civil or geotechnical engineering, with strong project management and design experience. You will collaborate on large-scale projects such as dams, landfills, and slope stabilizations, overseeing field exploration, lab testing, and construction phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage civil engineering projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead field explorations, data collection, and lab testing.
- Develop scopes of work, design packages, and technical reports.
- Provide consultation during construction and review submissions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering (MS/PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in civil, geotechnical, or structural fields.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain.
- Strong communication skills and team leadership experience.
- Willingness to travel for project site work.
