Your opportunity
- Partner with the product owner and delivery team in an Agile environment to establish requirements for and develop new solutions, and enhance and maintain existing ones.
- Work with the development team and business partners to understand requirements for tickets in each release, ensuring the software and data updates meet those specifications without unwanted side effects:
- Functional testing
- Regression testing, including PDF compare
- Help with testing before and during releases
- Develop unit tests where appropriate
- Create and use automated testing tools
- Help with both code and data releases
- Assist with .Net / C# development tasks to enhance and maintain our code base.
- SQL skills are essential (Microsoft SQL Server), ideally with Python skills for database development/testing (Snowflake/Snowpark, Databricks).
- Help maintain, improve, and automate our test processes used throughout the development life cycle.
- Ideally, someone with PowerBI skills to help develop and test dashboards.

Must have skills
- Experience with QA testing and processes for UIs, data/databases, APIs, and software across different platforms (desktop, mobile, web)
- SQL skills are essential (Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks)
- Ability to code in .Net / C#, including:
- The Microsoft technology stack: C#, ASP.NET Core APIs, WPF, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Microsoft Office, Visual Studio
- Azure Cloud platform exposure
- UI/client development skills including MVVM
- Mobile app development, particularly Xamarin Forms and transitioning to .NET MAUI
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
- An understanding of Agile delivery methodologies for technology solutions.
Nice to have skills
- Experience with, or ability to quickly learn:
- Jira / JQL
- Confluence
- Microsoft Office, including Teams
- Agile / Kanban
- Basic knowledge of investments and ability to learn quickly about investment products and analysis

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$115,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may differ. This role will remain open through August 31, 2024.
