Job description

1. Expertise in supporting Mac OS, iOS.
2. Expertise in supporting Windows OS and
   Android.
3. Basic troubleshooting skills on conferencing solutions (Audio/Visual devices)
4. Experience supporting and troubleshooting.
   Active Directory related issues
5. Experience with endpoint security tools anti-virus/firewall/patching/two-factor authentication)
