We are looking for a rock star Project Manager with a track record for delivering large projects and implementations on time. You are highly organized and have a background in SaaS and B2B environments, demonstrated success in program management, and an ability to influence solution delivery with a consultative approach. You are comfortable with technical environments, work well with ambiguity, and are able to develop a deep understanding of product capabilities to manage timelines, resources, and risks.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work with cross-functional teams to help deliver successful products to market
- Create, manage, and publish project plans and associated documentation
- Manage project risk, scope, schedule, and resource alignment to ensure predictable product shipment
- Manage overall release process
- Own and drive internal release management product
- Own bug management and triage process
- Develop a strong understanding of LeanData products and customer use cases
- Partner with and motivate cross-functional teams to take action and drive projects to completion; exhibit excellent judgment on sensitive, complex, and cross-functional issues, fostering collaboration between leaders, sub-teams, and general stakeholders
- Maintain visibility to professional services and custom development work to keep core product impact at a minimum
- Proven program management experience working with cross-functional teams
- 2-5 years of enterprise SaaS program management work experience
- Familiarity with and ability to manage JiraCRM, workflow, and business process design experience with a strong technical background
- Self-motivated learner who enjoys working with new tools and learning new systems
- Ability to drive collaboration and deliver high-quality, complex projects across teams
- Solution-oriented with the ability to drive toward actionable results
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized problem solver
- Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented startup environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com applications preferred
- Experience working in an evolving, high growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree
