Engineering Project Manager

We are looking for a rock star Project Manager with a track record for delivering large projects and implementations on time. You are highly organized and have a background in SaaS and B2B environments, demonstrated success in program management, and an ability to influence solution delivery with a consultative approach. You are comfortable with technical environments, work well with ambiguity, and are able to develop a deep understanding of product capabilities to manage timelines, resources, and risks.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Work with cross-functional teams to help deliver successful products to market
2. Create, manage, and publish project plans and associated documentation
3. Manage project risk, scope, schedule, and resource alignment to ensure predictable product shipment
4. Manage overall release process
5. Own and drive internal release management product
6. Own bug management and triage process
7. Develop a strong understanding of LeanData products and customer use cases
8. Partner with and motivate cross-functional teams to take action and drive projects to completion; exhibit excellent judgment on sensitive, complex, and cross-functional issues, fostering collaboration between leaders, sub-teams, and general stakeholders
9. Maintain visibility to professional services and custom development work to keep core product impact at a minimum

1. Proven program management experience working with cross-functional teams
2. 2-5 years of enterprise SaaS program management work experience
3. Familiarity with and ability to manage JiraCRM, workflow, and business process design experience with a strong technical background
4. Self-motivated learner who enjoys working with new tools and learning new systems
5. Ability to drive collaboration and deliver high-quality, complex projects across teams
6. Solution-oriented with the ability to drive toward actionable results
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills
8. Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized problem solver
9. Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented startup environment

1. Knowledge of Salesforce.com applications preferred
2. Experience working in an evolving, high growth environment
3. Bachelor’s degree
