About the team:

Global e-commerce is a content e-commerce business with international short video product as the carrier. It is committed to becoming the first choice for users to discover and purchase good products with affordable prices. The global e-commerce business team hopes to provide users with more tailored and efficient consumption experiences.

Content E-commerce is a global team responsible for building up the content ecosystem for E-commerce. We provide more highly qualified E-commerce content to customers to help them find good products at affordable prices.

As a vital member of the Tech Infrastructure Team in TikTok content e-commerce, you will be part of a specialized force that meticulously bridges the gap between business exigencies and architectural finesse.

Responsibilities:

1. System Stability: Responsible for the stability of US business in TikTok content e-commerce, providing tools and governance ideas for the business, and participating in the construction of relevant stability systems.
2. R & D efficiency: Identify bottlenecks in the CICD process, collaborate with the R & D efficiency team to implement efficiency improvement tools.
3. Resource Efficiency: Identify and resolve system performance bottlenecks, assist in implementing the general efficiency improvement strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

1. Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
2. 5 years working experience in software design & development.
3. Experience in developing large-scale distributed systems, familiar with high concurrency, high availability systems.
4. Proficient in Golang.
5. Solid understanding of databases such as Redis and MySQL.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Experience in high performance or system stability is a plus.

Job Information:

?For Pay Transparency?Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $187040 - $280000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
