Job Title: Computer Vision EngineerJob DescriptionThis individual will primarily be responsible for the machine learning pipeline used to train models in the HazardAI product line.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline including coursework and/or working knowledge of mathematics and statistics applicable for object detection and location3+ years of professional experience in computer science or related fieldSolid training computer vision AI modelsExpertise working on Linux platforms and strong coding skills in Python and CFamiliarity with variety of CV algorithms (e.g. OpenCV)C++ coding skills preferredAWS experience preferredExperience working with NVIDIA Jetson devicesPrior experience with CUDA and Pytorch/TensorFlowIndustry experience training and deploying models in the fieldPrevious stereo vision experiencePublications at relevant industry conferences (ex: CVPR, ICML, etc.)Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.Work EnvironmentThe facility is a common office environment adjacent to warehouse space also used for product testing.Office hours are Monday through Friday with core business hours from 10 AM to 4 PM (flexible start and end times) although the candidate will be working with a globally diverse team and will be required to accommodate business hours in other time zones on an as-needed basis.About ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
